Security of purchases in our online store.

We make every effort to ensure that the Customer making a purchase in our online store has a security guarantee regarding both the quality of goods, the rules for storing personal data entrusted to us, and the quality of service during the product warranty.

In our e-store, we have modern mechanisms for protecting personal data. We store all data on a special server protected by a firewall, which cannot be hacked from the Internet. Only selected and trained employees of our company have access to the data. Access to the data is controlled by a security system.

We only sell full-value and fully functional products. The products come from official distribution and have been introduced to the Polish market fully legally. We make every effort to ensure high quality product descriptions and provide accurate technical information provided to us by their manufacturers.

We also guarantee safe delivery of ordered products. Each ordered shipment is carefully packed and the products are properly secured. Each product we send is insured for its full value. We cooperate with proven courier companies that guarantee safe delivery of the shipment to the recipient. If, due to damage or non-original packaging of the delivered package, there are any doubts as to its condition, please do not accept the shipment. Please inform us immediately about such an event, and after receiving confirmation from the courier company about the damage to the package, we will send a new product.

Every product purchased from us has a manufacturer's warranty. A large part of the products is serviced directly at authorized service points of the manufacturer. As a rule, such service points are located in larger cities throughout the country.
